“A lack of strength and endurance used to be a weak link in my competition performance. Thanks to RTS, that is no longer a problem!”
I started coming to RTS in the spring of 2017, was lifting weights at home doing mainly compound lifts, but was having trouble with consistency. My goal was to maximize my performance in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competition. This mainly means increasing strength, explosive power, and endurance while maintaining a low body fat percentage and minimizing injury risk.
The things that separate RTS from other gyms are the knowledgeable, attentive staff and unique class offerings. The coaches create challenging, effective workout programs for any fitness goal, and closely monitor your training to ensure proper exercise technique. Along with improving my consistency, RTS has added important core stability and anti-rotation exercises to my workout, which has made a noticeable improvement in my Jiu Jitsu performance. The Kinstretch and Steel Mace classes are a great addition to any workout program, and something I’ve never seen offered anywhere else.
