“RTS is so amazing it makes you WANT to exercise and WANT to come there, that is how wonderful this place is. RTS has changed my life in the most positive way ever and I plan I being here as long as I can.”
I would have never thought I could do the things that I do at RTS even 30 years ago when I was 26 and healthy, never mind now at 56 with many health issues and partially disabled from chemo. If there is something I can’t do because of my physical limitations, they are able to modify my workout so I get the same results as everyone else. I have much more confidence in myself and push myself to do better harder because I have so much trust and faith in every single trainer at RTS. I know they are going out of their way to give me 100% of my workout to my abilities and challenge me every day.
I eat better, I sleep better, and when I am under extreme stress or get depressed I stay focused and will just go on a treadmill for ½ hour, or go for a walk. My entire habits have changed, I feel amazing, I am more confident in myself and I hate missing any of my workouts. It isn’t a chore to get out of bed and talk myself into going to try to work out. I look forward to coming to work out, I look forward to seeing the staff, I look forward to seeing all the members (new friends I have made along the way).
I can honestly say that I can write a 50 page letter right now describing how different RTS is to any other gym I have ever been to. They have the most knowledgeable staff and every one of them is focused on their members. They focus on not just exercising and lifting heavy weights, or doing massive amounts of reps, but are always there making sure all of us have the right form and are doing what we should for our own individual bodies and abilities. It’s not always just about weight, it’s about getting the best for the individual and form so that we aren’t injuring ourselves.
RTS IS NOT A GYM TO ME, RTS IS A FAMILY. I PERSONALLY CAN SAY THAT EVERY SINGLE MEMBER AND STAFF ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HERE. WHEN I WALK IN I IMMEDIATELY FEEL BETTER, EVEN IF I AM IN EXCRUCIATING PAIN FROM MY HEALTH ISSUES. WHEN I WALK OUT OF THERE, EVEN IF I AM DRIPPING IN SWEAT AND COMPLETELY EXHAUSTED AND SORE FROM MY WORKOUT I STILL CAN’T EXPLAIN HOW AWESOME I FEEL! IT ISN’T ALWAYS ABOUT WHAT A SCALE SAYS FOR SOMEONE LIKE MYSELF, IT IS ABOUNT MAINTAINING WHAT I CAN AND TRYING TO STAY AS HEALTHY AS POSSIBLE .
